I had such a great stay at The Hanford Hotel, an Ascend Collection! The renovation is absolutely beautiful—modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully done. The rooms were spotless, the beds very comfortable, and the overall atmosphere felt welcoming and stylish. The staff was friendly and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I recently stayed at the Handford Hotel and had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was spotless, spacious, and well-appointed, with comfortable bedding and all the amenities I needed. The location was perfect—in the heart of Downtown, yet peaceful and quiet at night. Breakfast each morning was delicious, offering a variety of fresh and hot options. One highlight was the staff’s attentiveness—every interaction felt warm and genuine, and they were quick to help with recommendations and requests. I also appreciated the little touches, like the complimentary cold bottled water, and warm fresh baked cookies at check-in, which made the stay feel extra special. Overall, I would highly recommend the Handford Hotel to anyone visiting the area and will definitely stay here again.

In the past, when we stayed here, this hotel was owned by a corporation and was OK. This year, we were surprised that it had a new name, "The Hanford Hotel, an Ascend Collection", and the owner and staff are fabulous, greeting us at the door, with a cold bottle of water and fresh chocolate chip cookie. They make you feel so welcome as you arrive almost like family. The room was clean, they have Hapoy Hour snacks and a very tasty breakfast with many things to choose from. Improvemnts are being made throughout the hotel. It is a fabulous place to stay and we'll definitely be back.

Amazing accomodation and service. Front desk is courteous.. they even have welcoming cookie freshly baked. Rooms are clean and well remodeled. Breakfast was hot and fresh. Most of the items are refilled immediately when they ran out. Overall a great experience!!

This hotel is a wonderful value! The location is convenient for everything. We enjoyed the clean, quiet room and the comfortable beds. The complimentary breakfast bar was a real plus and had everything you could want. The entire team was friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
